Dazie is a multidisciplinary artist whose work reflects the identities that shape her as a creative and spiritual practitioner.

Using paint, textiles, and natural found objects, she creates pieces that weave narratives surrounding our natural world and the entangled stories we inherit and pass on to one another. Her most recent work explores ideas surrounding esoteric beliefs found in her own heritage.

She recently finished her time as a resident fellow at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts in Auvillar, France.
