Dazie is a multidisciplinary artist whose work reflects the identities that shape her as a creative and spiritual practitioner.  

Using paint, textiles, and found natural objects, she creates pieces that weave narratives about our natural world and the entangled stories we inherit and pass on to one another. Dazie explores esoteric beliefs rooted in the folklore of her heritage.

She recently finished her time as a resident fellow at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts in Auvillar, France, where she debuted her first solo exhibition.
